One of a Kind

This was new for me I have never before used cardboard on a layout, but love seeing it on others. It took me awhile to chip away at it to get the right look but i love how it turned out. And the colour combination is different for me too. Pink and brown is not my usual, but I love it with these photo's.


We R Family

This was one photo of family getting together. I used stamps on this to trail down on the card stock in the colours of the pp.

Time For A Change.

Well , it is June already and the heat is on... yesterday it was 31 and today the same, thank goodness for air conditioning!! I really wish the pool was up. it would be nice to have a soak, my kids and husband feel the same way. But we have had a busy weekend with the Wing Ding in Cookstown and Syd attended her first birthday party today . Hot, Hot, Hot!!!
I swear I am 3 shades darker.... it's killing me!! But, no complaing here,(hehehe). Well it's better than snow right now. May was a great month. I had a couple of BBQ's that went well and won some great RAKs from Wescrap and Memmories From the Attic.
Haven't done too much scrapping... have been getting ready to sell some of my paintings and decluttering. Where does the junk come from, sometimes I think the walls open at night and they appear everywhere the next day. To much crap. Garage Sale, a must this summer!!!
School is nearly out and my son is looking forward to a great summer of fun and Wonderland with his friend. My daughter is loving the thought of him taking her to the park every two hours.
But, this is the time of year for alot of great photo memories. The cottage and Montreal in the summer. The pool in the back yard and friends coming for a couple of days. It should be alot of great fun and lots of BBQing.
I will try to get some new stuff done this week. It is suppose to rain a couple of days so that is when I scrap my little heart out. Oh I did manage to make some board books.. I will take some photo's and post them.I can't wait to get some photo's this summer to fill them. I am doing different theme ones the have a series of our summer outings. Well, I hope you all are enjoying the outdoors and having a great time scrapping your moments. I will have to check you all out!!
